Pick-up and drop-off are between 08h00 and 17h00, every single day of the year — including weekends and public holidays. Special arrangements can be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is by EFT or cash. Please note we do not have a card machine.

Yes — medication is administered at no additional charge, as long as it’s supplied with clear written instructions.
Should your dog need a vet during their stay, any veterinary costs are for the owner’s account.
